My picture has a lot more to do with death than life. Death can be seen as tragic and a painful experience, but my experience with death has always been peaceful. Both my grandparents passed away from old age, and a friend of my mom has past away recently from battling with cancer. I can understand why it can be sad to lose someone we love, but if we look at it from their perspective it can be peaceful. They have been on this earth for too long and some are even in pain. It can be calming when you know it is your time to go.

The reading  talked about a persona that each of us adapt when we are out in life, but in a way of deception. In the beginning of the introduction it speaks of deception and lies, while all of use use, we should not take the world as full of chaos. I liked how the author also used actors and actress as a way people device. Technically she is correct to say that Hollywood does so. We can also get a lot of how we portray ourselves to other people through the reading discussed. Sometimes our image changes, depending on who we are with.
