Both of these pictures are from when i went under for my procedure, and it is a little similar to what Orlan was doing. It also comes back to the idea of observing and being observed. In a way I got to see most of the techniques and how i was being set up. I also got to see my insides, which was pretty cool, and on the other hand my physicians were observing me. Quite literally too. They were observing to see what is going on in the inside of my stomach. Again really cool. The whole idea of observing your surgery would have been even cooler, but I am sure there some laws against that.
