Art and culture can teach us about our own identity because it’s a representation of our daily lives.     Such as a snap chat or instagram which people use every day. As we take a picture of our picture of ourself we are identifying who we are by the images we take. And in a way this is how we learn by the pictures we take because we representing who we are as a person. That is one thing about social media is that people use it on a regular basis. This is a reson why I picked the pictures I used for this class because they represent me as a person.       When people go above the normal or irregularity of our every day lives people think the person is crazy. Not a lot of people ever stop to realize maybe the person is different or is trying to represent themselves in there own way. Such as orlan did she used surgery on her body to represent her art work which lead to a lot of critisim and concerned.
